This made-to-order approach helps reduce unnecessary inventory while allowing us to create something a little more magical just for you.

We like to keep shipping simple.

Orders Under $75

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $4.95

Orders of $75 or More

  • FREE Standard Shipping

No coupon code is needed. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your qualifying order reaches $75.

✦ Production Time

Every adventure has a beginning—and yours starts in production.

Because Castles & Palms products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Production times are estimates and may occasionally vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

✦ Delivery Estimates

Once your order has finished production and is on its way, Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 5–13 business days.

Many orders may arrive sooner, but we provide this broader delivery window to account for possible carrier delays, destination, weather, holidays, and other unexpected circumstances.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate.
